The advert starts of with the importance of a women and a man saying 'we thought about women' showing them to have more purpose in the world. As apposed to a women being represented previously as subordinate to men and as housewives, there is a women featured in this advert whos is wearing a suit and holding a briefcase, a business women. There is an equal number of men and women in the advert showing equality between the two.
